Leadership Team

A vastly experienced and highly motivated leader, RTT’s Managing Director John is a visionary with a wealth of knowledge, honed over more than 26 years.

Highly respected within the industry, he also looks for – and appreciates – respect, value and technical expertise in all areas of our business. An authority across every aspect of windows and doors (including thermal and energy efficiency), fire doors, building control and security, John is THE Trusted Advisor to all of our customers.

With RTT since 1999,  Matthew draws on his proven operational planning skills to ensure that our Technical & Production functions, as well as our infrastructure, are fit to meet the challenges set by our customers on an everyday and ongoing basis.

This is backed by his expertise in leadership, production management and supply chain management  – and as well as being a specialist in Product and Process Specification, he is RTT’s expert on the Golden Thread for fire doors.

Away from the office, Matthew loves spending time with his family, cycling, running, and walking.

Part of the team since 2014, Ross heads up our subcontracting operations. He has vast experience in ensuring projects run smoothly with our subcontractors, nationally – from planning and pre-construction through to project management.

Beginning his career as an apprentice joiner in 2004 – and subsequently working hands-on in all areas of the industry – he has unique insight which enables him to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Outside of work, Ross has four children and a dog, and finds time to watch and play all kinds of sport, including golf and football.
