Our dedicated Social Value steering group is instrumental in the work RTT does to give back to local communities and local areas.
On a project-level basis, we work with main contractors and our supply chain to contribute time and resources to their giving back social value commitments.
This includes schemes such as planting flowers in town centres, painting local nurseries, and giving talks to local colleges.
We support developers in their placemaking ambitions – not just constructing buildings, but creating communities for people to thrive.
We believe in supporting our staff through every stage of their development and pride ourselves on recruiting apprentices to support their career under our guidance.
RTT is proud that we have apprentices that have recently completed their course and taken the next step in their career with us. Our goal is to continue offering apprenticeships in the future, providing young people and career changers with the chance to learn, grow, and build rewarding futures within the industry.
