Yes. We often work with architects during early design stages of projects. This allows architects to see which of RTT’s range of solutions is perfect for their project.
We can also provide architects and contractors with a quote – along with full specifications and accreditations – to satisfy Gateway 2, according to The Building Safety Act 2022, The Building Act 1984 and The Higher-Risk Buildings (Descriptions and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations 2023.
Yes. We can provide CAD details, technical drawings, and work with BIM objects.
RTT can offer a supply only or a supply and install service.
For supply only jobs, the Client will be responsible for offloading products on delivery.
For supply and install, a pre-order meeting will include estimated timelines for design, drawings, and manufacture lead times. Before arriving on site, RAMS will be issued and a site survey will be completed – comprising of checking the site for preparedness for access and loading. We do not survey measure the openings.
Deliveries will be as per the agreed delivery schedule that is issued to the client at the point product is placed into manufacture.
