Our unique range of insulated timber door sets has evolved over many years using the best of traditional mortise and tenon joints.
Our QTE 7 and QTE 8 insulated timber door sets are fully factory finished and achieve U-values from 1.2W/m2K. All hardwoods are from certified sustainable forests with Full Chain of Custody emphasising our commitment to the environment.
For optimum U-values from 1.0W/m2K, Russell Timber Technology offers an alternative timber composite insulated range of door sets. Our QTE 9 and QTE 10 ranges are manufactured from certificated softwood timbers, and bonded with aluminium reinforcing plates and high performance insulation. These doors are a strong and secure product range with excellent thermal performance.
Compatible screen, fanlight, and sidelight combinations are available to complete the entrance.

Finishes
Our door systems are available in our standard range of colours as well as the full range of RAL Classic colours or a clear lacquer finish.
Coatings are environmentally friendly, water-based formulations with low odour and no solvents. Paints are applied using electrostatic wraparound robotic technology, giving optimum protection whilst reducing waste.
RTT hardware is offered in chrome, gold anodised (GAA), silver anodised (SAA) and white finishes.
Products comply with regulations relating to Secured by Design and Building Control.
