Scope of Works
RTT supplied and installed a comprehensive range of glazing and door systems across the development, including:
- 202 traditional sliding sash windows
- 165 fully reversible aluminium-clad windows
- 36 bi-fold doors
- Private entrance doors, featuring AV2 locking systems
Technical Performance
While the visual language of the development reflects its heritage setting, the systems installed deliver the benefits of modern construction. The windows and doors provide strong thermal efficiency, durability, and ease of operation, supporting energy-efficient living across the scheme.
Entrance systems were designed with security and style in mind, with some private entrances featuring AV2 locking systems, ensuring the development meets a wide range of user needs without compromising on design.
