Russell Timber Tech was appointed by Barratt London to supply and install alu-clad windows and balcony doors plus private entrance doors and secure communal entrance doors for a major residential development at Ridgeway Views in Mill Hill.
The scheme required the delivery of a large number of units across multiple elevations, over several blocks. With a strong emphasis on programme coordination and product consistency, Ridgeway Views is a great example of our ability to deliver wide-ranging residential packages while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance throughout the project.
Design, Quality, and Bespoke Products
Working alongside Barratt London and the wider project team – with architectural roles fulfilled by Hawkins\Brown and DMFK – we provided aluminium-clad windows and door systems that combined security, thermal efficiency and a high-quality finish.
One important aesthetic aspect of the development’s design is the bespoke pod flashing that features across the blocks. Tying in window frames, panelling, and balcony balustrades, the flashing is a significant characteristic in Ridgeway Views’ architectural finish.
